Official program launch: 1 December 2026. Registration for organizations and partners is already open. The detailed terms of each offer are confirmed before use.
Volunteer card terms of use
Punkty Dobra | Just Do It
Translation for information purposes. PDF documents are available in Polish.
Scope and card issuer
- These Terms govern obtaining, using, verifying, blocking and invalidating the Volunteer Card for “Punkty Dobra | Just Do It”, hereinafter the Card.
- The Card organizer and issuer is Stowarzyszenie Centrum Wsparcia - “Just Do It”, ul. Żubrza 16/1, 54-229 Wrocław; KRS 0000983480; NIP 8943193181; REGON 522866876. Card and access-loss contact: info@centrum-wsparcia.pl.
- Use requires admission to the Program under its Participation Rules. Those Rules govern balances and rewards; these Terms govern the card medium, identification and servicing.
- The Card confirms Program entitlements. It is not an identity document, payment card, official credential, association membership confirmation or authority to represent it.
Card versions and details
- The Card may be virtual, provided through an operational solution specified by the Organizer, or plastic with an NFC chip and QR code. Both versions belong to the same person and entitlement record.
- The front and back show Program and Organizer branding, holder’s name, individual number or identifier, NFC or QR marking and servicing information. Any expiry date or volunteer organization name must match the Register.
- PESEL numbers, identity document numbers, home addresses, medical information and payment details are not printed on the Card or stored in its QR code or ordinary publicly readable NFC record.
- The individual identifier and NFC/QR link connect the Card to its system record. Holder details remain in the Register and are shared according to recipient permissions. The printed number may differ from the technical verification token.
- Cards and codes marked “WZÓR”, “DEMO” or “NIEAKTYWNA” are for demonstration only and confer no discounts or rewards. A published mockup does not mean an active Card has been issued.
Obtaining and issuing a Card
- Accepted Program Participants, including volunteers of Participating Organizations, may apply. Organizations register volunteers under their agreement, and each person’s eligibility is checked individually.
- Issue requires confirmation of participation, holder details and acknowledgment of Program documents. Minors require legally necessary consents and arrangements with their legal representative.
- The virtual Card is free. The optional plastic NFC Card costs PLN 15 plus delivery. No fee is charged solely for admission to the Program or access to the entitlement system itself.
- Before fulfilling a paid order for a plastic Card, the Organizer confirms the price of PLN 15 per card, delivery cost and total amount payable, the details of the entity accepting the order, and the expected fulfillment time. The absence of a published price does not constitute consent to an arbitrary charge.
- An expression-of-interest form is not by itself a confirmed order. Terms must be presented and accepted before paid fulfillment starts. A medium is not ordered at the Participant’s expense without consent.
- Paid orders follow applicable law, including consumer rights where relevant. Personalization does not exclude defect or non-conformity rights. Any withdrawal exception for custom-made items requires statutory conditions and prior information.
- On issue, the Organizer confirms the number, entitlement holder, status and contact method. Issuer-caused data errors are corrected without charging the holder the reasonable correction cost.
Activation and validity
- The account, points wallet and dream selection are available after signing in. Card activation, Points redemption, adding the Card to a supported mobile wallet and ordering an NFC Card require a completed volunteer application and confirmation of participation and eligibility by the Participating Organization’s Coordinator or the Organizer. Mobile wallet access also depends on the relevant issuer’s integration being enabled, and public verification depends on the Participant’s consent. Merely printing the Card, saving a file on a phone or reading its code does not activate it.
- Statuses are: Pending — verification incomplete; Active — current benefits available; Suspended — entitlements temporarily paused; Blocked — medium or code secured; Invalidated — the medium or participation ended.
- The current Register entry determines status. A plastic card or saved image may remain physically unchanged after entitlements end; this does not establish validity.
- There is no monthly minimum of hours or Points. A zero balance does not itself remove active Participants’ discounts. Reward redemption depends on balance and Participation Rules.
- Suspension or blocking may follow resignation, end of participation, loss, a reported security breach, a significant data discrepancy or documented suspected abuse.
- The Organizer gives reasons and a resolution route. Restrictions are proportionate and do not automatically erase valid Points. Once resolved, entitlements are restored or a secure new identifier issued, and the holder is informed.
Using Partner offers
- Active cardholders may use current Partner Offers under their terms. This includes volunteers of accepted organizations unless an offer contains an objectively justified restriction announced in advance.
- Before use, check discount scope, validity, venue or channel, reservations, limits and promotion combinations. General network information does not guarantee a particular discount at every company.
- Present the Card before contracting or at another time explicitly stated in the offer. The Partner verifies through the agreed channel, such as QR, NFC or Coordinator assistance if an alternative procedure is available.
- Only the assigned holder may use the Card. Lending it, sharing its code or enabling others to use benefits through copies or screenshots is prohibited.
- Where justified, a Partner may request photo ID solely to compare identity with the Card. It may not retain, copy or record its number on that basis. A proportionate alternative is arranged for those without such ID.
- Partners receive validity, entitlement scope and only necessary identification data. They have no automatic access to balances, volunteering history, full applications or beneficiary data.
- An ordinary discount does not consume Points. An offer requiring redemption must say so explicitly, and settlement requires the holder’s separate acceptance.
- The named seller or provider is responsible for the goods or service. The holder pays the agreed price after the benefit. Purchase complaints go to that entity; Card status or refusal of a published entitlement may also be reported to the Organizer.
Points and reward collection
- The Card identifies the Participant, but Points are stored in the Program Register. Damage or replacement does not erase them.
- Redemption requires a verified balance, availability, acceptance of terms and Coordinator confirmation. Tapping the Card or scanning QR alone does not consent to a balance deduction.
- Virtual and physical versions do not create two balances or allow duplicate use of the same reward or one-time benefit.
- After loss, identity and entitlements may be verified through the Organizer proportionately to transaction risk. An ID scan is not required where less data can safely resolve the matter.
NFC and QR code
- The NFC chip contains an individual identifier or technical token and a link to the appropriate verification channel. QR offers another route to the same Register. The Organizer selects the exact data format before personalization.
- NFC requires a compatible device, and online verification may require internet access. The Organizer publishes instructions and requirements. Reading on every phone or reader is not guaranteed.
- The Card does not initiate payments or withdraw funds. A standard identifier or ordinary NFC link alone is not proof of identity; entitlement depends on current verification and additional confirmation where needed.
- The Organizer provides for token blocking and replacement after loss or copying. Security does not rely solely on secrecy of the printed number. Additional data access is protected according to role and risk.
- Holders use only addresses indicated by the Organizer. Suspicious links or unexpected requests for passwords, payment or identity data must be reported before proceeding. Passwords and login codes are not shared with card verifiers.
- Verification failure does not automatically remove Points or entitlements. If a Partner cannot check status, the holder may contact the Organizer. Benefit fulfillment is arranged without imposing previously unannounced charges.
Loss, damage and replacement
- Report loss, theft, damage or suspected copying of the Card or code immediately to info@centrum-wsparcia.pl, providing details to find the record and contact the holder securely.
- After receiving and verifying a report, the Organizer blocks the compromised identifier without undue delay and confirms recovery arrangements. Blocking a shared token may affect both Card versions.
- Replacement requires identity and entitlement confirmation. The new Card retains the existing balance and history and does not renew used one-time benefits.
- Replacement cost is disclosed before ordering. Issuer-responsible defects or personalization errors follow applicable liability rules without automatically charging the holder.
- A recovered blocked Card must not be used without explicit Organizer confirmation. Follow instructions for return or secure destruction.
Holder duties and prohibited activities
- Holders keep details accurate, protect the device holding the virtual Card and keep the medium readable, avoiding bending, mechanical damage and conditions contrary to manufacturer instructions.
- Selling or lending entitlements, altering data or status, substituting codes, copying another person’s Card, unauthorized chip programming and bypassing safeguards are prohibited.
- Do not publish active QR codes or tokens in public media. Use an inactive sample or obscure identifying data and codes for public presentations.
- Holders report balance or verification errors and do not exploit them for undue benefits. The Organizer documents investigations, allows explanations and applies Participation Rules measures.
- Liability for unauthorized use depends on circumstances and law. Losing the medium alone does not justify assigning all damage to the holder or erasing correctly accumulated Points.
Fees and costs
- Eligibility to seek benefits with an active Card does not depend on donating, paying membership dues or paid marketing consent.
- The virtual Card is free. The plastic NFC Card costs PLN 15 plus delivery, which must be stated and accepted before payment. The price of a replacement card is agreed before it is produced. The Organizer identifies the entity collecting the fee and issuing the required documents.
- Internet and data charges follow the holder’s operator contract. Partner goods and services remain payable for the part outside the announced benefit, at the price stated before purchase.
- Ordering or possessing a Card, or its NFC marking, does not guarantee every future reward or offer. Confirmed reservations and contracts are nevertheless honored under agreed terms.
Personal data and information protection
- The Organizer controls Card issuance and servicing data. Contact, purposes, grounds, recipients, retention and rights follow the full GDPR notice supplied before collection.
- Verification should reveal only data needed for the relevant entitlement. Card printers and technical providers receive only necessary data, with access and responsibilities properly regulated.
- Receiving a Card is not consent to Partner marketing or image publication. Separate consents are voluntary; refusal or withdrawal does not remove entitlements acquired under Program documents.
- After invalidation, the Organizer limits access and retention according to purpose and legal duties. Disabling an identifier does not mean immediate deletion of all legally required records.
Complaints and final provisions
- Report medium, activation, NFC/QR reading or status issues to info@centrum-wsparcia.pl or in writing to the Organizer. Describe the event, date, Card number if known, and a return contact.
- Complaints are considered within 14 calendar days. Complex cases require an explanation before the deadline and a new deadline no later than 30 days after submission. Mandatory legal and applicable consumer rights and deadlines are unaffected.
- Reconsideration, proportionate suspension, changes and termination follow the Participation Rules. Card expiry does not automatically erase the balance; settlement follows those Rules.
- These Terms take effect after approval by the Organizer’s competent statutory body, on the resolution date announced to participants. Before issuance launches, the Organizer ensures operational verification, blocking support and Partner instructions.
- The current version is available in a savable form on the Program website linked from www.centrum-wsparcia.pl. Changes are announced at least 14 days in advance, subject to necessary legal or urgent security exceptions in the Participation Rules.
