PRIVACY AND DATA

Your data.
Informed choices.

Information about the volunteer application, data collected and optional consents.

Who is responsible for the data?

The program’s data controller is Stowarzyszenie Centrum Wsparcia „Just Do It”, ul. Żubrza 16/1, 54-229 Wrocław, KRS 0000983480, NIP 8943193181. Organization contact: info@centrum-wsparcia.pl.

What data does the form collect?

Contact details and location, skills, experience, interests, availability and selected declarations. Optional fields are marked. Do not enter document numbers, financial or medical details. Discuss organizational needs with the coordinator.

What happens after submission?

The application is saved on the server and assigned a number. The form does not send an automatic email and does not confirm acceptance as a volunteer. We do not publish application contents on the website.

Consents and declarations

Email newsletter, SMS newsletter and image use consents are separate and unchecked by default. They are not required to apply. Consent-based processing can be withdrawn by contacting info@centrum-wsparcia.pl.

Your rights

Depending on the processing grounds, rights include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable. You may complain to the President of Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office.

Organization, partner and card applications

The new forms collect contact person details, email, town and an optional phone number. Organizations provide their name, activity type and volunteer count; businesses provide a proposed benefit and its terms. Card applicants choose a version and may provide their organization’s name and volunteer number. Applications are saved on the server. We do not collect payments, automatically issue cards or publish form data.

NFC and QR identification

The card contains an individual identifier and a verification link. Volunteer data is linked to the card in the system, with access based on permissions.

Public volunteer profile

After the administrator confirms publication consent, a profile may show the name, photo, volunteer number, organization, role, cooperation dates, card status and optional description and skills. Phone numbers, email and application contents are not published. The administrator can unpublish profiles and remove photos. Profiles have no public people-search function and are marked not to be indexed.

Organization accounts, points and documents

Organization applications are available to the authorized coordinator of that organization and the program owner. Coordinators manage only their assigned organization. Points and activity history are stored to administer the program and are not public profile information. Agreements and uploaded signed documents are private. Access is restricted to the document owner, the authorized coordinator of its organization, and the program owner. Organization representative contact details submitted by a volunteer are used to review the application; the system does not automatically send invitations. You can withdraw public verification consent in your account settings.

Sign in with Google

When you choose Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, verification status and display name. We do not receive your password or access to your mailbox. The information is used to sign you in and link the profile assigned by your coordinator. The session lasts 7 days and uses an essential secure cookie. Signing out invalidates the session. Automatic card linking requires Gmail or Google Workspace. Administrator permissions are checked separately for the specified email addresses.

Organisation boards and ranking

Board messages are available to authorised members of the organisation, its coordinator and Association administrators. They are not published on the open website. Each post includes the author’s name, role, content and date. Hidden content may be available to authorised moderators. Administrators can view accounts and documents for programme administration; this view does not allow signing in as a user.

The ranking displays an organisation’s combined balance and number of confirmed volunteers. It does not disclose individual balances, email addresses or other people’s documents. Account suspension preserves Points history and documentation; its reason and decisions are recorded.

Device storage

The website does not automatically store application contents in browser storage. Form data remains in page memory between steps; refreshing clears unsubmitted data. Your selected interface language is saved on this device. No marketing or analytics tools have been added.
