Official program launch: 1 December 2026. Registration for organizations and partners is already open. The detailed terms of each offer are confirmed before use.
Program participation rules
Punkty Dobra | Just Do It
Translation for information purposes. PDF documents are available in Polish.
General provisions
- The “Punkty Dobra | Just Do It” program, hereinafter the Program, is organized by Stowarzyszenie Centrum Wsparcia - “Just Do It”, registered in Wrocław, ul. Żubrza 16/1, 54-229 Wrocław; KRS 0000983480; NIP 8943193181; REGON 522866876, hereinafter the Organizer.
- For Program, points, card and complaint matters: info@centrum-wsparcia.pl. The Organizer publishes current information and documents on the Program website linked from www.centrum-wsparcia.pl. A change of website address is announced on the existing website and communicated to participants.
- These Rules govern joining the Program, recording activities, awarding and redeeming points, cooperation with organizations and partners, and participant rights. The Volunteer Card Terms of Use are a separate document supplementing these Rules.
- The Program forms part of the Organizer’s statutory activities and respects Poland’s Act of April 24, 2003 on Public Benefit Activity and Volunteer Work (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025, item 1338, as amended), data protection rules and other applicable laws. Participation does not confer association membership or rights under its statutes.
- A record created by a Coordinator is linked to a sign-in account when the verified Google email address matches, preserving the Card number and Points history. Signing in or selecting an organisation does not grant the Coordinator or administrator role; these roles are assigned by the authorised Programme owner.
Definitions
- Participant — an individual accepted into the Program who volunteers for the Organizer or a Participating Organization.
- Participating Organization — an entity entitled to engage volunteers and admitted to the Program under an agreement with the Organizer. A company solely offering discounts is not a Participating Organization.
- Coordinator — a person authorized by the Organizer or a Participating Organization to agree on tasks, verify completion and maintain Program records.
- Task — an agreed community activity or defined project stage described before it starts, together with completion criteria and points.
- Punkty Dobra or Points — units recording involvement in the Program. Points are awarded for verified Tasks under these Rules.
- Register — the Organizer’s record of Participants, Tasks, point decisions, balances, reservations and rewards issued. It may be maintained electronically or by the Coordinator.
- Reward — an item or other benefit in the approved catalog, available after stated conditions are met and point redemption is accepted. Card — a personalized identifier of Program entitlements, virtual or plastic with NFC and QR code.
- Partner — a company, institution or other entity cooperating with the Organizer and offering defined discounts or benefits. Partner Offer — published and approved terms of a particular benefit, including scope, validity and restrictions.
Purpose and voluntary participation
- The Program recognizes community involvement, develops skills and supports cooperation between volunteers, organizations and partners.
- Volunteering is voluntary and unpaid. Participants choose Tasks according to their abilities and may decline a new Task without a points penalty. Previously agreed duties and termination arrangements follow the volunteer agreement.
- Points are not a wage rate or a monetary equivalent for an hour of volunteering. These Rules establish no exchange rate into Polish złoty or cash payment and must not circumvent employment or paid-service laws.
- Before offering rewards, especially valuable electronics, the Organizer assesses the actual reward model, funding and legal and tax consequences. Calling a benefit a “reward” or “points” does not determine its legal nature. A reward that cannot lawfully be transferred is excluded from the catalog.
- Reimbursement of justified volunteering costs, protective equipment, insurance and other entitlements are handled separately from Points. They cannot depend on a point balance or possession of a card.
- The Program does not announce a lottery or ranked competition. A separate competition requires its own rules published in advance, including dates, assessment criteria, prizes and objections procedure.
Joining the Program
- Interested persons submit a volunteer application using the Organizer’s form or another format agreed with the Coordinator, providing data needed for contact, cooperation terms and record-keeping.
- Admission requires agreed cooperation with an eligible entity, reading the Rules and card terms, confirming required declarations and Coordinator verification. The Organizer confirms acceptance and provides an individual Participant identifier.
- Submitting a form does not itself mean acceptance, card activation or point allocation. Available tasks, qualifications and safe working conditions may affect admission to a particular activity. The Coordinator explains any refusal based on these factors.
- A volunteer agreement defines the scope, manner and duration of activities and termination arrangements. Program documentation does not replace this agreement.
- Minors may participate within legal limits appropriate to their age and activities, with required legal representative consents. The Coordinator ensures supervision and child safeguarding. Checks required by separate laws are completed before relevant tasks begin.
- Admission does not require a donation, membership dues, a cryptocurrency wallet or consent to newsletters or image publication.
- Each Participant has one record and one balance regardless of the number of Program organizations they work with. Duplicate accounts are merged after data verification, preserving correctly awarded point history.
Participation of other organizations
- An organization applies with basic details, a description of its volunteering, expected volunteer numbers and a contact person. Participation requires Organizer acceptance and an agreement defining cooperation.
- The agreement specifies at least the Coordinator, participant registration, activity verification, funding of rewards and cards, volunteering responsibilities and data-processing roles. Costs are disclosed before signing.
- The organization is responsible for properly arranging its volunteering, agreements, risk information, safety, legally required insurance and child safeguarding. The Program does not automatically transfer these duties to the Organizer.
- Volunteers of accepted organizations may obtain cards and earn Points under the same general rules. Only Program activities verified by an authorized Coordinator qualify.
- Coordinators may not approve their own Points or reward redemptions. Another authorized person makes that decision. The Organizer may verify documentation and request explanations without collecting excessive data.
- A change or end of cooperation with an organization does not erase a volunteer’s correctly awarded Points. The Organizer determines continued participation arrangements and informs the person concerned.
Tasks and point allocation
- Points may be awarded for actual activities supporting statutory purposes, including events and community initiatives, preparing materials, organizational support, translation, education, mentoring, logistics and other activities agreed in advance.
- Before a Task starts, the Coordinator provides its description, expected outcome or scope, deadline, verification method and Points or an unambiguous calculation method. Arrangements are recorded in the Register, a message or Task Sheet.
- Points follow an approved activity catalog or individual Task Sheet. Neither may provide hourly payment in Points. Scoring changes apply to new Tasks and are communicated before acceptance.
- Scoring takes account of responsibility, complexity and social outcome. Comparable work receives comparable points. Criteria must be accessible, verifiable and non-discriminatory.
- Participants report completion with the date, scope and agreed evidence, such as Coordinator confirmation, an attendance list, accepted material or a completed-stage description. Images or data of beneficiaries are not required unless necessary.
- Within 14 calendar days of a complete submission, the Coordinator approves the Task or gives specific objections. Any necessary additions are specified. Requirements cannot be changed to the Participant’s disadvantage after completion.
- Partial completion may be credited proportionately only under previously defined stages or by agreement with the Participant. Failure to agree Points in advance cannot be replaced by an arbitrary reward promise after volunteering.
- A volunteer receives 500 Points upon completing registration once. A confirmed coordinator receives a total registration bonus of 2,000 Points; any earlier 500-Point bonus counts towards this amount. Signing in again, linking an existing record, changing organization or being granted the role again does not award the bonus again. Points are not awarded for purchasing a card, donating money, referring a person without actual activity, fictitious services or activities already credited in the Program. The same activity cannot be credited again by another organization.
Records and balance verification
- A points entry records the Participant identifier, Task, date, organization, agreed points, completion evidence, approver and decision date. The Register distinguishes pending, approved, reserved, redeemed and adjusted Points.
- Only approved, unreserved Points are available for redemption. Pending decisions do not mean automatic allocation. Participants can access their balance and history through an operational system or on request through the Coordinator.
- Technical errors, duplicate allocations and irregularities are corrected with reasons and an audit trail. Correctly awarded Points are not removed merely because scoring or the Coordinator changes.
- Before a disputed adverse adjustment, the Organizer allows at least 7 days for the Participant’s explanation. Reasonable suspicion of abuse may justify temporarily freezing redemption of the disputed Points.
- Allocation refusals, adjustments and freezes may be challenged through a complaint. Records must reconstruct balances before and after an operation and identify its approver.
- Account history includes credits, debits, redemption reservations and refunds. Access to the dashboard does not constitute Card activation or acceptance as a volunteer.
Nature and validity of Points
- Points belong to a specific Participant. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, pledged or exchanged for money. They are neither a payment instrument nor a cash account.
- Points are not automatically converted into JustDoItCoin tokens or other digital assets. Separate token arrangements need their own rules and legal assessment; the wallet field in the former form does not establish conversion.
- Approved Points do not expire during participation. A volunteering break or temporary card block does not automatically erase the balance.
- After resigning, a Participant may request redemption of correctly awarded Points for available rewards within 90 days of acknowledgment of resignation. Partner discount entitlements are not extended. Unused Points expire after this period, with advance notice.
- If excluded for abuse, valid and disputed Points are settled separately. Points under an unresolved complaint expire no earlier than 30 days after delivery of the decision, without prejudice to statutory rights.
Catalog and reward redemption
- The Organizer provides a rewards catalog including available electronics such as AI glasses, drones, headphones and accessories. A photo, category name or illustrative description alone does not confirm availability of a particular model.
- Each reward offer specifies at least its model or clear description, condition, accessories, required Points, availability, restrictions, collection method and deadline, and any delivery costs. Defects, wear and missing accessories are disclosed before redemption is accepted.
- An account with a Points wallet and dream selection is available after signing in. Requesting a redemption requires a completed declaration, confirmed membership, an active card, a sufficient balance and a defined Points threshold for the reward. Selecting a dream does not reserve the reward or any Points.
- By selecting “Request redemption”, the Participant requests a reward and agrees to reserve the required number of Points. The reservation reduces the available balance and appears separately in the history. The Programme owner confirms availability and collection terms, accepts the redemption for fulfilment and records its completion after the reward is issued. If fulfilment is refused, the reserved Points are returned in a separate transaction; earlier history entries are not deleted.
- If demand exceeds a limited allocation, complete requests are handled in order of receipt unless another objective criterion was stated before the offer was published. Rules are not changed after a reservation is accepted.
- The Organizer confirms collection, reward identifier and settled balance. The reservation confirmation sets the collection deadline. Before cancellation for non-collection, the Participant is given at least 7 extra days.
- If a reward becomes unavailable before issue, reserved Points are restored. A replacement requires the Participant’s consent and agreed settlement. An inferior substitute cannot be imposed.
- Any warranty terms and accompanying documents are specified on issue. Defect or non-conformity reports are handled according to the transfer’s actual legal nature and applicable law. Non-waivable rights are not excluded.
- Before transfer, the Organizer ensures previous users’ data is removed and the equipment can lawfully be supplied. Participants follow instructions and legal requirements, including drone flight, recording and other people’s privacy rules.
- Before redemption, the Organizer informs participants of known tax obligations relating to the reward. Withholding and reporting obligations fall on the entity responsible by law. These Rules create no automatic tax exemption.
Partners and discounts
- Partners join under a contract or agreement defining their offer, cooperation period, verification and complaints handling, and use of Program branding.
- Partners may offer discounts on services, goods, events or other benefits. The current Partner Offer, rather than the general Program description, determines the binding benefit.
- Offers identify the Partner, location or delivery channel, benefit amount and calculation, validity, exclusions, limits and combination with other promotions. Any purchase price is disclosed before contracting.
- Only an eligible active cardholder may use a benefit. A discount alone does not reduce Points unless a separate, clearly marked offer requires redemption and is separately accepted by the Participant.
- The seller or service provider is the entity named in the offer. Partners are responsible for their contract with the Participant, and the Organizer for its Program duties. Statutory liability remains unaffected.
- No new requests are accepted for expired offers after cooperation ends. Existing contracts and confirmed benefits are settled under their terms. The Organizer updates the public partner list.
Participant rights and duties
- Participants are entitled to clear information about Tasks, scoring, balances, rewards, card terms and complaints, and to equal, dignified treatment.
- Participants may agree Tasks suited to their availability, communicate organizational needs, receive required safety information and refuse work outside the agreed scope or their required qualifications.
- Participants accurately document actual activities and comply with agreements, safety, child safeguarding, confidentiality and beneficiaries’ rights. Beneficiary data must not be disclosed publicly without a proper basis.
- Participants update necessary Program details and protect account and card access. Card loss, code leaks or suspected abuse must be reported immediately.
- Fictitious entries, duplicate Task claims, impersonation, lending cards, bypassing verification and exploiting system errors for undue Points or benefits are prohibited.
- The Organizer and Participating Organization ensure legally required working conditions, supervision and risk information. The Organizer provides these Rules in a savable, reproducible form and remains contactable without system access.
- The Card does not replace agreements, insurance, professional qualifications or authority to represent the association. Using the logo, soliciting donations or making statements on behalf of the Organizer requires separate authorization.
Suspension and termination of participation
- Participants may report an activity break or resign using the contact address. The Organizer acknowledges receipt and explains how Points and reservations will be settled.
- There is no monthly minimum of hours or Points. The Coordinator discusses prolonged inactivity with the Participant; it does not automatically reset the balance.
- Selected entitlements may be temporarily suspended when necessary to secure a card, investigate documented abuse or protect people. Measures must be proportionate and limited to what is necessary.
- Before exclusion for serious or repeated breaches, the Organizer explains the allegations and allows at least 7 days for a response. Urgent protective cases may require blocking the card first, with reasons provided without undue delay.
- Decisions state reasons, balance, reservations and the right to complain. Complaints, refusal of promotional consent or reporting irregularities do not justify exclusion.
- Leaving the Program does not automatically terminate a separate volunteer agreement, which is settled under its terms and law. Points are settled under the chapter on validity.
Complaints and appeals
- Complaints may be sent to info@centrum-wsparcia.pl or in writing to the Organizer’s address. Include contact details, Participant or Card identifier, a description and the desired outcome. A missing Card number does not prevent consideration.
- The Organizer acknowledges receipt and considers complaints within 14 calendar days. Any missing information is specified; complaints are not refused for failure to use a particular form.
- If further investigation is needed, the Organizer explains why before the deadline and sets a new deadline no later than 30 days after receipt. Mandatory shorter deadlines and legal consequences of delay remain unaffected.
- A Participant may request reconsideration of a refusal, exclusion or disputed adjustment within 14 days of receiving the response. Another authorized person reviews it within 14 days. Missing an internal deadline does not remove statutory rights.
- Complaints about a Partner’s purchase or service go to the seller or provider. The Organizer assists with card validity and published benefits. The procedure does not restrict court access or other remedies.
Personal data and confidentiality
- The Program data controller is Stowarzyszenie Centrum Wsparcia - “Just Do It”, identified in Chapter One. Data matters: info@centrum-wsparcia.pl.
- Processing covers only data needed for recruitment, arranging and carrying out participation, records, cards, rewards, complaints and legal duties. Grounds depend on the purpose, notably Article 6(1)(b), (c) or (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Separate optional consent-based purposes require appropriate consent.
- Before collection, the Organizer supplies the full GDPR notice, including retention periods or criteria, recipients, any transfers outside the EEA and individual rights. This chapter does not replace that notice.
- Only authorized persons access the Register within their duties. Participating Organizations and Partners receive only necessary information. Data-processing roles, including processing on behalf, joint or independent control, are determined before sharing.
- A Partner verifying a Card does not receive the full application, home address, birth date, health needs, activity history or balance unless necessary for a specific lawful operation.
- Newsletter, image use and public profile consents are separate and voluntary. Refusal or withdrawal does not affect participation, Points or entitlements lawfully acquired under these Rules.
- Data is retained only as needed for the relevant purpose, legal duties and justified claims protection, then erased or effectively anonymized. Beneficiary data is not used to promote the Program without a proper basis.
Changes and closure of the Program
- The Program officially launches on 1 December 2026. Before that date, the Organizer accepts applications, verifies organizations and partners, and prepares offers. Awarding points does not automatically reserve a reward or activate a partner’s offer.
- The Organizer may amend the Rules due to legal changes, necessary organizational changes, safety requirements or benefit scope. Content, reasons and effective dates are communicated at least 14 days in advance in a savable form.
- Changes do not retroactively reduce correctly awarded Points or worsen confirmed reservations. Urgent legal or immediate-threat changes may take effect sooner only as necessary, with reasons explained.
- Participants may resign before changes take effect; already acquired rights are settled under the previous terms.
- Planned closure is announced at least 90 days in advance, allowing settlement of approved Points and reservations. Earlier closure required by law or objective impossibility needs explanation and individual settlement respecting statutory rights.
- Applicable Polish law governs matters not covered. These Rules do not limit non-waivable rights or liability for one’s own actions as provided by law.
Internal organisation boards
- Each Participating Organisation has a separate board for messages and announcements. Access is available to authorised volunteers of that organisation, its active Coordinator and the Organiser’s administrators. Volunteers gain access after their declaration is confirmed and their entitlements are activated. Selecting an organisation during registration alone does not provide access to its messages.
- The Organiser’s administrator can view all organisation boards, Participant and Coordinator accounts, applications, Points history and documentation necessary to operate the Programme. This does not grant Coordinators access to other organisations. The administrator view does not sign in as another user.
- Posts support cooperation and the organisation of volunteering. Do not post unnecessary personal data about others, sensitive data, passwords or content that violates others’ rights. An administrator and an authorised Coordinator may hide a post requiring moderation; hidden content may remain available to authorised moderators and in records of violation handling.
Quarterly organisation ranking
- The TOP 10 ranking is for information only. Positions are determined by the combined balance: the sum of Points remaining in the accounts of confirmed volunteers assigned to an organisation at the time of calculation. Registration Points and other valid credits increase the balance, while redemptions and Points reservations reduce it. Refunding a reservation increases the balance through a corresponding transaction.
- The ongoing quarter shows the current result. For a completed quarter, the result is calculated as of its end in the Europe/Warsaw time zone, based on transaction history and confirmed volunteer assignments to organisations. Later transactions do not change the earlier balance; correcting an erroneous historical entry requires justification and is subject to the Organiser’s oversight.
- Equal balances are ordered alphabetically by organisation name, then by their Register identifier. Organisations without confirmed volunteers during the period are not ranked. The separately displayed total of activity Points earned during the quarter does not determine positions.
- The ranking shares aggregate organisation data, not individuals’ balances. A ranking position alone does not automatically grant a reward, benefit or entitlement to funding. Any separate competition requires its own terms to be announced in advance.
Suspension of account access
- An authorised administrator of the Organiser may suspend a volunteer’s or Coordinator’s account access, stating a reason, and restore it once the matter has been clarified. Suspension is recorded in the history and blocks Programme features and Card entitlements. It does not automatically delete correctly credited Points, documents or activity history.
- The account holder can see the reason for suspension and how to contact the Organiser. Participants may provide explanations and use the complaints procedure. Temporary suspension does not in itself constitute a finding of abuse or forfeiture of Points.
Task Sheet and point allocation
The downloadable PDF appendix records the Task’s purpose, scope of assistance, completion criteria, points, verification method and the Coordinator’s decision. These arrangements are communicated before the activity begins.
